You represent that you have authority to bind your organization. Demo credentials are non-transferable and must not be shared outside approved testers.
Acceptable use
You will not attempt to disrupt services, scrape content in violation of robots rules, or use VirtalAgent capabilities to send unlawful or harassing communications. Commercial use cases require executed statements of work.
Professional services
Statements of work override website terms where conflicting. Pricing references on our pricing page are illustrative until contracted.
Implementation timelines
Delivery schedules depend on customer responsiveness. We outline milestones during onboarding and align calendars across Austin and customer time zones.

Indemnity
